Photos and messages for the retiree
Ask colleagues to share their photos and stories
A retirement party brings together current teammates, former colleagues, friends, and family. Each group has a different view of the person being celebrated, and often photos from different times in their life to share.
Cap Share combines new party uploads with messages in one event page. Display the QR code near the entrance or presentation screen, approve submissions when needed, and keep the approved gallery available for guests to revisit after the speeches.
Ready for the presentation screen
Open the live wall on a browser-connected TV or projector to cycle through approved memories.
Messages can stay private
Guest book entries can be public or host-only, which is useful for personal notes intended for the retiree.

Questions, answered
Before you share the code
The practical details hosts and guests usually want to know.
Can coworkers add retirement messages without an app?
Yes. They open the event from its QR code or link and use the browser-based guest book and upload flow.
Can we moderate retirement party uploads?
Yes. Host approval keeps new media pending until the host or a co-host approves it.
Can we show the gallery during the speeches?
Yes. The live wall can run on a TV or projector and display approved photos in an updating gallery or slideshow.
Can we give the retiree a copy afterward?
Yes. Download photos as a ZIP, save videos individually, and export the guest book as a PDF or spreadsheet.
